You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players

• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages
• Interfere with or disrupt the game servers
• Share your account with others

Code of Conduct

XS Space is a competitive multiplayer game. We expect all players to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship. Behavior that negatively impacts others may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent suspension.

Game Modifications

Modifying, reverse engineering, or tampering with game files or network communications is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

XS Space is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the game.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
